Visiting the shop
Our shop and truck yard are on the west side of Hilliard, off Wren Hollow Industrial Parkway. The front office is open during office hours for paying a bill, picking up a part your tech set aside, dropping off a job application, or just saying hello to Gus. Park in the visitor spots by the blue door; the gate on the left is for trucks.
We don't run a retail counter, so if you need parts for a do-it-yourself job, a hardware store will serve you better. But if you have a question about that job, call us. We'd rather talk you through it than fix it later.

- Heating and cooling replacements: Dana Kowalczyk, VP of heating & cooling.
- Saturday mornings: probably Stan. Be nice to him.
