A fall furnace tune-up
A full safety and performance check on your furnace, boiler or heat pump: burners, flame sensor, heat exchanger inspection, carbon monoxide test, blower, electrical connections and filter.
Comfort Club
The Comfort Club is our maintenance plan for folks who'd rather catch a problem in October than meet it on the coldest night in January.
A full safety and performance check on your furnace, boiler or heat pump: burners, flame sensor, heat exchanger inspection, carbon monoxide test, blower, electrical connections and filter.
Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, capacitor and contactor test, condensate line flush and an amp draw on the compressor, so it doesn't quit on the first 90-degree day.
On any plumbing, heating or cooling repair, any time of year, for as long as your membership is active.
Burst pipe at 2 a.m.? Furnace out on Christmas Eve? Members never pay the $149 after-hours dispatch fee.
When the first cold snap hits and the phones light up, members go to the front of the line. Marisol keeps a list, and she checks it twice.
While we're there for a tune-up, your tech will eyeball your water heater, main shutoff and sump pump and let you know if anything's headed for trouble.
Here's the honest math. Two tune-ups at our regular price are $258. The membership is $199. So you're ahead $59 before you ever need a repair. Use the 15% discount once on a $600 repair and you've saved another $90. Need us after hours once, and that's another $149 you keep.
But the bigger reason is simpler: a furnace that's been looked at every fall is a furnace that's much less likely to quit on a holiday weekend. Most of the "no heat" calls we take in January are things a tune-up would have caught: a dirty flame sensor, a weak igniter, a clogged condensate trap, a capacitor that's swelling.

One membership covers one heating system and one cooling system at one address. Have a second furnace for the upstairs? Add it for $99 a year.
We joined after our furnace died the week of Thanksgiving. Three years now, and the only "emergency" since was a toilet, and they came out on a Sunday with no extra fee. Worth every penny.

Kenji found a cracked drain pan during our spring tune-up before it rotted the ceiling below. That alone paid for the membership.

No long-term contract. It's a year at a time, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel before your second tune-up, we'll refund the difference.
The membership goes with the house. It's a nice thing to hand the new owners at closing.
The member discount doesn't stack with other coupons, but we'll always apply whichever saves you more.
The Comfort Club is a maintenance plan, not a home warranty. Repairs are discounted, not free. Parts on new systems we install are covered for 10 years under the K&D Promise.
If we serve you, the Club covers you. Check our service area.
