Central Ohio summers aren't the hottest in the country, but the humidity makes 88°F feel a lot worse. We repair, maintain and install cooling systems that handle both the heat and the damp.
Why humidity matters as much as temperature
A properly sized air conditioner doesn't just make the air colder, it pulls water out of it. An oversized one cools the house fast and shuts off before it has a chance to dry the air, leaving you cold and clammy at the same time. That's one of the most common problems we find on summer calls, and it's why we size every new system with a load calculation instead of guessing from the old unit's label.
Our cooling team is run by Dana Kowalczyk, a licensed HVAC contractor who learned the trade in the Air Force. Lead HVAC technician Kenji Watanabe specializes in heat pumps and ductless systems. Every visit comes with upfront, written pricing, and a text with your tech's photo before they arrive.
