A plumbing company that started with one van
Stan Kowalczyk opened for business in 1987 with a single van, a set of pipe wrenches and a stubborn belief that a plumber ought to fix the thing you called about and not sell you three things you didn't. His daughter Agnes Kowalczyk-Reyes, a master plumber herself, runs the plumbing side today. The van fleet is bigger now, but the belief hasn't changed.
Every plumbing visit starts the same way. You get a text with a photo of your technician before they arrive. They put on shoe covers at the door, look at the problem, and give you a written, upfront price before any work begins. Our $89 service call is applied to the repair if you go ahead, so you're never paying twice to find out what's wrong.

That's normal. Most folks call with a symptom, not a diagnosis: "the basement smells funny," "the water's only lukewarm," "the toilet runs all night." Tell Marisol or whoever picks up what you're seeing and hearing, and we'll send the right person with the right parts on the truck. If it turns out to be a five-minute fix, we'll tell you that too.
