Where we work
From our shop in Hilliard, our 19 trucks cover the west and north sides of Columbus and the suburbs around them. If you're on this page, odds are we're already in your neighborhood this week.
Towns we serve
We keep our service area tight on purpose. A smaller area means shorter drive times, faster emergency response and technicians who know the houses. They know which neighborhoods have cast-iron stacks, which streets have tree roots in every sewer lateral, and which 1990s subdivisions got the same builder-grade furnace.

What we see, town by town
Every town has its own personality, and so does its plumbing. A few things our technicians have learned over the years:
- Hilliard
- Our home base. Lots of 1990s and 2000s subdivisions with original sump pumps and water heaters reaching the end of the road.
- Dublin
- Bigger homes, often with two furnaces and two water heaters. A popular place for tankless conversions.
- Upper Arlington & Grandview Heights
- Older homes, cast-iron stacks, clay sewer laterals and big trees. T Booker's sewer camera knows these streets well.
- Worthington
- Historic homes with boilers and radiators. Shoe covers on and extra care around old woodwork.
- Westerville & Powell
- A mix of 1970s ranches and newer builds. Plenty of AC replacements and mini-splits for sunrooms.
- Grove City
- Hard water, and lots of it. Water softeners and scaled-up water heaters are our bread and butter here.
- Plain City
- More homes on the edge of farm country, some with well pumps and longer driveways. We'll get there.
- Columbus (west and north sides)
- Everything from post-war bungalows to new condos. If you're west of the river or north of the city center, we're likely nearby.
Why it matters that we're local
Stan Kowalczyk started this company in 1987 with one van and a lot of patience. Back then "service area" meant anywhere he could get to before supper. We've grown to 34 people, but we've kept that same idea: stay close enough to get there fast.
- Faster emergency response. On a typical night our on-call tech is less than 30 minutes' drive from most of our area.
- Stocked trucks. Our warehouse in Hilliard restocks every truck every night, so most repairs get done on the first trip.
- We know the permits. Each city and township handles plumbing and HVAC permits a little differently. We pull them so you don't have to.
- We're your neighbors. Our technicians live here. Agnes coaches softball here. You'll see our vans at the grocery store.
Outside our area?
If you're outside the towns above, we may still be able to help with larger projects like a sewer line replacement, a heat pump installation or a whole-house repipe. Call the office and ask. For everyday repairs and emergencies, we'd honestly rather point you to someone closer than keep you waiting.
