What happens next

We confirm. During office hours (Mon–Fri 7:30–5:30, Sat 8–1) we'll reach out within about an hour. Requests made after hours get a call first thing the next business morning.
You get a text the day of. It has your technician's name, photo and an arrival estimate, so you know exactly who's knocking.
We diagnose for $89. Your tech finds the problem and gives you a flat, written price before doing any work. Go ahead and the $89 goes toward the repair.
We fix it and clean up. Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, and the work is backed by the K&D Promise.

Booking questions

Can I book a same-day visit?

Often, yes. Choose "First available" and mention it's urgent in the problem description. For water heaters, we can usually do same-day replacement if you reach us by noon.

Do I need to be home?

Someone 18 or older needs to be home to approve the written price before we start. If you're a landlord, we can call you for approval while the tenant lets us in.

What does the visit cost?

The diagnostic is $89, applied to the repair if you go ahead. Free estimates on system replacements, water heater replacements and second opinions. After-hours emergency visits add a $149 dispatch fee, waived for Comfort Club members.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just reply to your confirmation text or call the office. There's never a fee to reschedule.

Plenty of folks do. Call (614) 555-0187 or text (614) 555-0199. On Saturdays you might even get Stan, who's been answering this phone since 1987 and will probably ask how old your house is.
