Financing
Payments as low as $79 a month with approved credit, and 0% interest for 18 months on systems over $5,000. Here's how it works, in plain language.
Furnaces and water heaters don't wait for a good month. They tend to quit in January, right after the holidays, or the same week the car needs tires. Agnes and Dana started offering financing years ago because too many families were stuck choosing between a cold house and a credit card at 25%.
We work with a national consumer lending partner that specializes in home improvement. We're not the lender and we don't make money on the interest. We just want the option there when you need it.

Longer terms with a fixed rate for bigger projects like a heat pump system or a sewer line replacement. Payments as low as $79/month.
Of course, you can always pay the old-fashioned way: check, card or cash when the work is done. No financing required for any job.
Financing is subject to credit approval by our lending partner. Terms, rates and promotional periods can change. If the promotional balance isn't paid in full by the end of the 0% period, interest may be charged from the purchase date. Your technician or comfort advisor will walk you through the exact terms before you sign anything.
There is real money on the table for high-efficiency equipment right now, especially heat pumps, but the programs change often enough that we'd rather tell you the truth than print a number that's out of date by spring.
Local gas and electric utilities in Central Ohio offer rebates from time to time on high-efficiency furnaces, heat pumps, smart thermostats and air conditioners. Some are mail-in, some are instant. Ask your comfort advisor about current rebates; we keep an up-to-date list in the office and we'll help you fill out the paperwork.
Qualifying heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and some high-efficiency furnaces and air conditioners have been eligible for federal tax credits. Eligibility depends on the specific equipment and your tax situation. We'll give you the model numbers and efficiency certificates you need, but we're plumbers and HVAC folks, not tax preparers, so please check with your tax professional.
It's not unusual for a homeowner to combine a utility rebate, a tax credit and 0% financing on the same heat pump. Kenji Watanabe, our lead HVAC tech, is happy to sit down and walk through the numbers for your house.
Financing is mainly for system replacements and bigger plumbing projects like sewer lines, repipes and tankless water heaters. For repairs, ask us. We'll do what we can.
No prepayment penalty on any of the plans we offer.
We'll talk through other options with you, including a smaller system, a repair to buy time, or splitting the job into phases. We won't leave you without heat.
No. The price on your quote is the same whether you pay cash or finance it.
